1960年東京生まれ。成城大学文学部国文学科卒業。ニューヨーク大学フィットネス・マネージメント学科修士課程修了。広告代理店コピーライター、マーケティング・コンサルティング会社勤務などを経て、1992年よりフリー。ニューヨーク在住。著書として『英語で話す医療ハンドブック』(講談社バイリンガルシリーズ)、『アメリカに行こう』『アメリカに住もう』『日本の料理』(以上、IBCパブリッシング) など。
